US Open men's singles betting favorites and analysisCarlos Alcaraz remains the US Open betting favorite at DraftKings Predictions at 32%, with Alexander Zverev holding firm in second at 23%.
Novak Djokovic's loss has opened up the market behind the top two, with Arthur Fils making the biggest jump. Fils has climbed from 8% to 11%, while Ben Shelton has surged from 6% to 10%.

Two-time defending champion Aryna Sabalenka remains the US Open favorite following Thursday's draw, ticking down from 24% to 23% at DraftKings Predictions.
The biggest mover near the top is Coco Gauff, whose probability has jumped from 11% to 16%, moving her past Iga Swiatek into second place. Swiatek has slipped from 17% to 15% and now sits third on the odds board.
Elena Rybakina has also rebounded from 3% to 5% after her odds crashed following the Achilles injury that forced her to retire in Cincinnati. Jessica Pegula has moved from 6% to 7%, while Mirra Andreeva remains at 7%.
Naomi Osaka has dipped from 8% to 7%, while Amanda Anisimova and Marta Kostyuk have each climbed to 5%. Alex Ealadipped to 4%.
