Cortez regarding the outcome of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Roadrunners' football game against the UT Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) Vaqueros. The wager stipulates that if the Roadrunners emerge victorious, Judge Cortez will don UTSA gear at his next Commissioners Court meeting. Conversely, should the Vaqueros win, Judge Sakai will wear UTRGV apparel during his meeting.
