Denver Broncos have waived offensive lineman Reid Holskey

According to Mike Klis of 9News, the Denver Broncos have waived offensive lineman Reid Holskey today. 

Per source, #Broncos have waived OL Reid Holskey. Gotta ton of training camp reps at RG and some center.

Holskey was a late addition to the roster after minicamp and got a whole lot of training camp reps: 

Reid Holskey is a 6-6, 306-pound offensive tackle who signed as an undrafted free agent by the Houston Texans last season. He would be released by the Texans prior to the start of the season and eventually sign on to the New York Giants practice squad, where he stayed throughout the year. He would re-sign with them as a futures player, but would be released in late May of this year. He was among the players who were tryout players during the Broncos minicamp practices this week and showed enough to the team that they have now signed him to their 90-man roster.

There wasn’t much to report from camp on Holskey, so it really comes down to how much he impressed the coaching staff. With his practice squad experience in the NFL, he could be a guy they look to add heading into the regular season.
