Girona FC C aims to integrate players aged 18 and older from various countries, including the United States and Canada, alongside local Catalan players. The coaching staff for Girona FC C is led by Joel Vila, a UEFA Pro licensed coach, who is joined by José Sánchez, the Assistant Coach and Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Roger Garcia, the Goalkeeper Coach, both holding UEFA A licenses.
