Michigan will face Bowling Green State during the 2029 season, marking the Falcons’ first visit to Michigan Stadium since 2023.
According to the contract, obtained Aug. 28 by The Detroit News, Michigan will pay Bowling Green $1.6 million for the game on Aug. 25, 2029. The contract was signed in late July by Michigan athletic director Warde Manuel and Bowling Green State president Rodney Rogers.
This will be the fourth meeting between the programs. Michigan won the three previous games, all played at Michigan Stadium, in 2023 (31-6), 2010 (65-21) and 2000 (42-7).
