After just one year at VfB Stuttgart, Bilal El Khannouss could be on the move before the transfer window closes.
According to Sky Germany, Newcastle United have held talks with the 22-year-old’s representatives, but there have been no discussions between the two clubs yet.
Everton and two clubs from Saudi Arabia are also reportedly interested in El Khannouss, with Sky Germany claiming that the Morocco international is open to leaving Stuttgart.
Last summer, El Khannouss joined Stuttgart on an initial loan deal from Leicester City, which was later made permanent for a reported €15 million fee.
He has scored nine goals and provided seven assists in 42 appearances for Stuttgart across all competitions.
