Noche UFC: Jean Silva vs. Jose Delgado odds, what to know

Jean Silva will now take on a rising contender instead at UFC Fight Night 288.

Silva (17-3 MMA, 6-1 UFC) was originally scheduled to headline Noche UFC against former interim featherweight champion Yair Rodriguez, but an injury forced Rodriguez out of the bout. After suffering his first octagon loss to two-time title challenger Diego Lopes, Silva rebounded with a unanimous decision win over Arnold Allen at UFC 324.

Dana White's Contender Series graduate Delgado (12-2 MMA, 4-1 UFC) has won nine of his past 10 fights. Nathaniel Wood put an end to his win streak, but the 28-year-old rebounded with back-to-back wins over Andre Fili, and Austin Bashi.

According to Caesars, Silva is a -450 favorite to beat Delgado, who is a +350 underdog.
