Savannah Bananas to host free Dunkin' meet-and-greet before Gillette game

The Savannah Bananas are officially in Massachusetts.

On Aug. 28 and Aug. 29, the exhibition baseball team will play the first-ever baseball game hosted at Gillette Stadium against brand-new team the Loco Beach Coconuts, bringing "fan-first, high-octane Banana Ball complete with choregraphed dances, unique uniforms, scoring celebrations, walk-up song performances, breakdancing coaches and more" to Foxboro for the first time, according to a release from Gillette.

Before the Savannah Bananas take the field on Aug. 29, they have one very important meet-and-greet stop: the local Dunkin'.

Here's how you can meet the players ahead of Banana Ball at Gillette Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 29.

Players from both the Savannah Bananas and the Loco Beach Coconuts will be available for a free meet-and-greet at Foxboro's Commercial Street Dunkin' from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 29. Along with serving orders behind the counter, the players will be available to sign autographs and take photos.

The Dunkin' is located at 30 Commercial St. in Foxboro.

The Savannah Bananas will take on the Loco Beach Coconuts at Gillette at 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 28 and again at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 29. Friday night's game will be available to watch through truTV and DIRECTV, while Saturday night's game will be streamed through Disney+ and the ESPN app.
