Who were among Browns' 1st roster cuts to get to initial 53-man limit?

BEREA ― The cuts have started for the Browns.

Cleveland announced it had terminated the contracts of four players and waived 12 on Aug. 28. The team has until 6 p.m. Aug. 30 to get its roster down to the initial 53-man limit.

The moves come a day after the Browns wrapped up their preseason scheduled with a 37-13 win over the New England Patriots. Many of the players who were cut played extensively in the game.

There were no massive surprises among the players cut. Here's the list of players who either had their contract terminated or were waived:
