College football fans will soon get a behind-the-scenes look into the calamity that defined Texas Tech's offseason.

On Thursday, Paramount+ released the official trailer for "The Program: Texas Tech," a four-part docuseries premiering on Friday, September 4. It will follow the Red Raiders throughout their 2026 offseason including, of course, the gambling and subsequent legal saga involving transfer quarterback Brendan Sorsby. The Lake Dallas product was interviewed during production and is shown in the new trailer.

Hate 'em or love 'em, the Red Raiders are the talk of the college football world 🏈

The series is produced by Skydance Sports and Second Wind Creative and directed by Micah Brown (who also led filming on Amazon Prime's Coach Prime and Netflix's Untold: Sign Stealer). Cameras have been rolling since January 2026, and the series includes exclusive interviews with head coach Joey McGuire, super booster Cody Campbell and more. Texas Tech had plenty more off-field developments this year, such as a war of words with in-state rival Texas and the opening of a brand new, palatial practice facility.

The Red Raiders open their 2026 season on Sept. 5 at Galaxy Stadium against Abilene Christian. They start Big 12 play on Sept. 18 at home against Houston.
