Just two days later, on September 7, Madushka showcased his batting prowess further with a stunning 148 runs off 132 balls in the semifinal of the Major Clubs Limited Over Tournament. Despite his outstanding innings, Colombo faced a heartbreaking defeat, losing by just one run under the DLS method in a challenging chase of 332 runs.

Madushka's hot streak continued on September 9, where he scored an explosive 114 runs off 56 balls in the quarterfinal of the 20-over competition against Ace CCC. His innings included nine fours and eight sixes, helping Colombo post a formidable total of 218 runs. The bowlers then stepped up, leading to a convincing 64-run victory that secured their spot in the semifinals.

The latest highlight of Madushka's performance came in the semifinal of the Major Clubs T20 Tournament, where he scored an unbeaten 109 runs from 65 balls while chasing a target of 194 against Tamil Union. Despite his efforts, which included scoring 12 runs in the final over with 13 needed, the match ended in a tie, leading to a super over. Unfortunately for Madushka and his team, he was dismissed on the first ball of the super over, and Colombo was unable to score, allowing Tamil Union to win the match and advance to the final.

Throughout these knockout games, Madushka has proven to be a key player for Colombo, finishing the T20 tournament with an impressive total of 296 runs in five innings, averaging 148 with a striking strike rate of 164.44.
